St. Paul Gakuen High School is a private high school located in Shimoongata-cho, Hachioji, Tokyo.

In 1972, the school moved from Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo to its current location, and started boarding education.Since its opening, the school has been a boys' school, but in 2002 it became a co-educational school, and the boarding system was abolished.

Originally a Catholic mission school, the school developed from the education of monastics by the St. Paul's Congregation, but there was a time when the number of students fell into financial difficulties, and the congregation withdrew.・The aspect as a correspondence high school is becoming stronger.Currently, there are no full-time priests or monks in the school, but the chapel remains as a facility and is used as part of education.

The school has a riding ground on the premises, and horses belonging to the Hachioji Riding Club are bred.In this connection, the equestrian club was established after the boarding system was abolished and continues to exist.Also, the baseball club was once nicknamed "fighting monks".
