Nishio Municipal Sakushima Junior High School was once a public junior high school located at 50 Sakushima Kagenashi, Isshiki-cho, Nishio City, Aichi Prefecture. In April 2019 (Heisei 31), Nishio Municipal Sakushima Shiosai School, a compulsory education school, was established by integrating with Nishio Municipal Sakushima Elementary School.

It was the only junior high school on Sakushima floating in Mikawa Bay.It was designated as a second grade school in isolated areas by the All Japan Association of Education and Research in Isolated Areas[2].
